The game involves the purchase of a virtual stub raffle ticket via an Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) approved electronic raffle system (ERS) operated by AGCO approved charitable gaming supplier BUMP Worldwide Inc.
Three prizes with a total value of $30,000 CAD, inclusive of all applicable taxes and surcharges, will be awarded in this lottery. The third prize winner wins $1,000 cash CAD.
The three prize draws will be conducted electronically using BUMP Worldwide’s electronic raffle system (ERS), with draw winners being determined by random number generator software integral to the ERS. In the unlikely event that a draw is postponed due to technical difficulty, power interruption, emergency or other unforeseen event, the Rotary Club of Kanata will remedy the situation at the earliest possible opportunity and conduct the affected draw and announce the winner without delay.
Ticket sales will commence at 11am Eastern Time on Monday June 14, 2021.
Three draws (a grand prize draw and two subsidiary cash prize draws) will occur consecutively between 7:00pm and 8:00pm on Wednesday September 8, 2021 at the Hazeldean Mall, 302 Eagleson Road, Kanata, Ontario.
The third prize ($1,000 cash) draw will occur first, followed immediately by the second prize ($4,000 cash) draw. The grand prize draw will occur last.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and claimed within six months of the draw date.
By purchasing a lottery ticket, purchasers acknowledge that they have read, understand and agree to the lottery rules and regulations.
In the case of winning tickets, ticket purchase implies consent for the Rotary Club of Kanata to release the winners name, municipality of residence, and likeness for promotional and official reporting purposes.
Complete draw results will be published on the Club’s lottery website and Facebook page not later than the day after the draw. All winners will be notified by mail, email or phone within ten days of the draw and provided instructions about how to redeem their prize(s).
