Rules of Play

The game involves the purchase of a virtual stub raffle ticket via an Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) approved electronic raffle system (ERS) operated by AGCO approved charitable gaming supplier BUMP Worldwide Inc.

Three prizes with a total value of $30,000 CAD, inclusive of all applicable taxes and surcharges, will be awarded in this lottery. The grand prize winner wins a premium golf and travel adventure for two from Ontario, Canada to St. Andrews, Scotland valued at $25,000 CAD. The second prize winner wins $4,000 cash CAD. The third prize winner wins $1,000 cash CAD.

The three prize draws will be conducted electronically using BUMP Worldwide’s electronic raffle system (ERS), with draw winners being determined by random number generator software integral to the ERS. A neutral third party (that is, a person who has not purchased a ticket) will initiate each draw sequence using the ERS dashboard. The third prize ($1,000 cash) draw will occur first, followed immediately by the second prize ($4,000 cash) draw. The grand prize draw will occur last. Every valid lottery ticket is an eligible entry for all draws in this lottery.

Tickets are $100 each. A maximum of 1,500 tickets are available.

Ticket purchasers must be in the Province of Ontario and at least 18 years of age at time of ticket purchase. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of persons under 18 years of age.

Members of the Rotary Club of Kanata, and owners and employees of businesses retained to plan, support, conduct or manage any aspect of the lottery are prohibited from purchasing a ticket.

In the unlikely event that a draw is postponed due to technical difficulty, power interruption, emergency or other unforeseen event, the Rotary Club of Kanata will remedy the situation at the earliest possible opportunity and conduct the affected draw and announce the winner without delay.
